By accessing, browsing, or using the Prize Cabin Discord server, website (prizecabin.net), or any associated services (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
When you first sign in to a Prize Cabin account — and again after we make a material change to these Terms — we may ask you to affirmatively accept them. Indicating your agreement (for example, by checking an “I agree” box and continuing) constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and confirms the representations you make in them, including that you are at least 18 years old and eligible to participate. We record the version of the Terms you accepted and the date you accepted it.
Prize Cabin LLC (“Prize Cabin,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post changes to our website and announce material changes in the Discord server. For material changes, we may require you to accept the updated Terms before you continue using account features; for non-material changes, your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to access or use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. Anyone under 18 will be immediately removed from the Discord server upon discovery.
Giveaway participation is open to legal residents worldwide, where permitted by law and void where prohibited, except residents of the following regions:
Restrictions reflect U.S. economic sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), targeted U.S. sanctions programs, and provincial contest-registration requirements. Members in restricted regions may join the Discord community but cannot enter giveaways or claim prizes.
Members must accurately represent their country of residence when claiming a prize. Misrepresentation of geographic eligibility will result in immediate disqualification and may result in permanent removal from the community. Prize Cabin reserves the right to verify residency before delivering any prize.
You must have a valid Discord account in good standing to participate in the Services. You may not use alternate accounts, bots, or automated tools to circumvent any limitations or restrictions imposed by these Terms.
One Account Per Person. Each individual person may operate only one (1) Prize Cabin account. The creation, operation, or coordinated use of multiple accounts by the same person — commonly known as “alts” — is expressly prohibited under these Terms, regardless of intent.
Prize Cabin uses automated and manual signal-based detection to identify accounts likely operated by the same person. Consequences for violations may include, without limitation: immediate suspension of access to platform features (including the marketplace, lootbox, and other interactive systems); forfeiture of any unrevealed prize keys, in-platform balances, and unfulfilled benefits; non-renewal or cancellation of paid subscriptions at the next billing cycle; and permanent removal from the Services. Suspensions imposed under this Section do not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid for the current billing period. If you believe you have been flagged in error, you may submit an appeal by opening a ticket in our Discord support channel.
Our detection is graduated: not every shared signal results in a restriction. We weigh multiple factors — such as how many accounts are linked, how new an account is, and how closely account details match — and isolated or ambiguous signals are reviewed rather than automatically restricted. We recognize that people sometimes legitimately share a household, device, or network. If your account is restricted and you believe it is a genuine, separate account, you may appeal as described above, and a confirmed-legitimate account can be exempted from automated restriction. Any such exemption applies only to the specific account confirmed — it does not place trust in a shared device, so additional new accounts created on the same device or network may still be flagged.

No purchase or subscription is required to enter or win any giveaway. Every giveaway has a free entry available to all eligible members. Paid subscribers receive additional entries as a community perk, but every individual entry — whether free or from a paid subscription — has an equal and identical chance of being selected as the winner.
Subscriptions are sold and managed through MEE6, and payments are processed by Stripe. Accepted payment methods are those made available by MEE6 and Stripe at checkout. Prize Cabin does not directly collect, process, or store your payment card information.
By participating in the Prize Cabin community, you agree to the following rules of conduct:
Violation of any conduct rules may result in warnings, temporary mutes, kicks, or permanent bans at the sole discretion of Cabin Staff.
Prize Cabin™, the Prize Cabin logo, and all associated branding, graphics, text, and content on the website and Discord server are the property of Prize Cabin LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any Prize Cabin intellectual property without prior written consent.
Game titles, logos, and trademarks referenced in giveaways are the property of their respective owners and publishers. Prize Cabin is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher, developer, Discord Inc., Valve Corporation, or Steam.
Your privacy matters to us. How we collect, use, share, and retain your personal data — and the rights you have under the GDPR, UK GDPR, and similar laws — is described in full in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
In short: we collect only what we need to run giveaways, identify winners, process subscriptions, prevent fraud, and meet our legal obligations; we never sell your personal data; and Cabin Staff will never ask for your password or payment card details. Winners are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed on prizes received, including but not limited to income tax, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), or any other applicable tax in their jurisdiction.
For U.S. residents: If the aggregate fair market value (FMV) of prizes won in a calendar year equals or exceeds $2,000.00 USD, Prize Cabin LLC may be required to issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC. By accepting prizes, you agree to provide any information reasonably requested by Prize Cabin for tax reporting purposes.
Prize Cabin makes no representations regarding the tax treatment of prizes in any jurisdiction and recommends consulting a qualified tax professional.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Prize Cabin does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prize Cabin LLC, its owner, officers, employees, agents, and Cabin Staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, including but not limited to:
In no event shall Prize Cabin LLC’s total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Services exceed the total amount paid by you to Prize Cabin in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prize Cabin LLC, its owner, officers, employees, agents, and Cabin Staff from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.
The Services integrate with or rely upon third-party platforms and services including but not limited to Discord, Steam, ScopliDrop, Supabase, Vercel, MEE6, Stripe, and Top.gg. Prize Cabin is not responsible for the availability, functionality, security, or policies of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
Links to third-party websites or resources provided through the Services are for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement by Prize Cabin.
Prize Cabin reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:
Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 13, and 14) shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting Prize Cabin staff. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Ohio, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
“Pinecones” are a virtual, in-community credit used for entertainment and engagement features within the Services, such as the Cabin Crate. Pinecones are earned through participation and are not sold for money.
The Cabin Crate is an optional entertainment feature opened using pinecones you have earned (or free spins you are granted). Because pinecones cannot be purchased with money, the Cabin Crate is not a paid game of chance, and its outcomes have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.
The marketplace lets eligible members list and trade in-platform items using pinecones. Listing and purchasing on the marketplace are available only to members with an active paid subscription.
These Terms, together with any policies or guidelines incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Prize Cabin LLC regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
The failure of Prize Cabin to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of Prize Cabin LLC. Prize Cabin may assign its rights and obligations without restriction.
Prize Cabin shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemic, government actions, power failures, internet or telecommunications failures, or actions of third-party service providers.
